FAQ FRIDAY: How to Reschedule Groove & Grow Classes

I registered for an enrichment class but I am unable to attend. Now what?

With the holiday punch card sale and the addition of 6 new Groove & Grow class sections in our recent past - We are getting a million questions about classes from our new families. This week I’m talking about how flexible we’ve made these classes so that YOU the parent can relax and enjoy them too.

So here is the short answer.

Life happens and we get it. If you registered for a class, but wake up to a sick child, or can't make it for another unforeseen circumstance, you can cancel or reschedule your class registration using the email confirmation you received at time of registration. Save those confirmation emails! Right inside you’ll see a button that says “CHANGE/CANCEL” You can click on that and quickly get yourself into another class.

Lost that confirmation email or deleted it? Not to worry! If you did not save the email confirmation, give us a call at (603) 978-4808 or email us at info@thesonatinacenter.com so we can assist you in making the change.
