Do you have any support groups for adults?

It is always pretty obvious to new community members that we provide services for children, but not many people are aware that we also see Adults for a wide variety of reasons.

MUSIC THERAPY ADULT GROUP
ART THERAPY ADULT GROUP

Adults who are struggling with Anxiety & Depression, adults who are coping with a traumatic experience, chronic or terminal illness, or adults who are navigating challenging life experiences, such as a parent who's child has been diagnosed with a disability are all welcome to explore music and art therapy at the Sonatina Center.

We currently have several adult support groups that will be starting in January. If you or a loved is struggling, we invite you to check it out and contact us with your questions.
