I completed my undergraduate studies in 2018 at the University of Connecticut, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies, which I titled “Wellness Through Music.” I earned a Master of Arts from Lesley University in 2022 in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in music therapy and became a board-certified music therapist. Most of my experience is with children and adults with mental health needs, but I also have worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as group work.

I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing on different techniques and approaches to best support each individual’s strengths and address client’s unique experiences and goals. I hope to create a supportive, empathetic, and empowering space for growth and creativity, utilizing music, art, movement, and play to help individuals meet their goals holistically. In counseling sessions, I also draw on techniques from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and use a strengths-based approach
